Easiest accounting software on the planet
I discovered KashFlow by chance and am so glad I did. It's the easiest accounting software on the planet and one that fits my business needs perfectly. I'd been struggling with another accounting system and hated doing my accounts but KashFlow now makes it all so easy. I'm aware I'm sounding like an American infomercial but I'm a canny Scot who demands good service and value for money and KashFlow certainly delivers that.

Saves me a huge amount of time and hassle
I just wanted to say AGAIN a huge thank you for your service. My business has really grown over the past six months, and I love that not only does Kashflow help me to keep my books in order, but also track of just about every aspect of my business(es), from where my money is coming from to where it is going. I also really appreciate the fact that your service can grow with my business needs. I have many bank accounts and Paypal accounts and trade in different currencies, and while it used to be easier to input transactions by hand when I was starting out, I am now (yay!) getting several transactions a day, and your Paypal import, multiple currency, and repeat billing features save me a huge amount of time and hassle. With so many suppliers who I would be happy to gripe at, it makes a change to be moved to write and say what a great job you are doing. Thanks again!

Have just come to the end of our 1st full year using Kashflow. The difference it has made to our business has been fantastic. Not only is the accounting, invoicing and sales reporting so much easier now, in monetray terms it has saved us a fortune in terms of reduced man hours spent on the administrative side of the business. We especially like the fact that we can access it from ANY PC ANYWHERE but also that our accountants can access it remotely to prepare VAT and year end paperwork!

I have been very impressed with the level of customer service
KashFlow was the only product that met all of my needs . . . or atleast, all of the important ones, and KashFlow was sufficiently flexible to meet the remaining ones or for me to come up with work arounds. I primarily needed an Order Processing system that could handle invoicing, delivery notes, customer statements, etc. as well as manage our owninvoices payable. Even though KashFlow doesn't offer Order Processing assuch, the stock control functionality combined with the ability rename the Quotes to "Orders" has met my needs - even the ability to categories the Quotes has meant I can mark my orders as at various stages within the Order Processing process (In Process, On Hold, Ready to Ship,Shipped, Delivered, etc.) In addition, the fact it is a full accounting package has meant that I have now started to do all our basic bookkeeping on KashFlow, which is now providing us with much more information than we have had available before. The final factor that caused me to choose KashFlow was my utter (pleasant) surprise when my first email to the support email address was answered within a very short period of time ON A SATURDAY - indeed, I have been very impressed with the level of customer service and the obvious fact that there are real people there working to improve and enhance the product aswell as addressing our support enquiries.

The reason why I chose Kashflow is that it allows me much more time to concentrate on the actual nuts and bolts of the business saving me time with things like creating customers automatically etc so I dont need to sit there typing everything out. I also find it fairly simple to use which is a huge plus. My accountant also was aware of Kashflow and was happy that it was being used - I guess it helps them prepare our accounts. You have my money for sure.

Kashflow is simple yet covers almost all the features you will need
As a business in the online travel accommodation sector, I can truly recommend Kashflow to any small-medium size business. Believe me although I am new to accounting and book keeping, I have used sage, Microsoft, quick books and all the other free and paid accounting software's available for small to medium businesses. Kashflow is simple yet covers almost all the features you will need like EC vat, reverse charge vat, custom invoices, automated vat returns, etc. The web interface means you can log in from anywhere to check your books and update them, which is awesome since most of us use online banking these days.Every feature on Kashflow is explained in very simple English making it a breeze to work around the system.

The fact that there is no software to install, and no backups to worry about is also a big advantage!
I was impressed with KashFlow because it was immediately obvious to me that I could use it anywhere - at home, on the move, at my desk, etc. The fact that there is no software to install, and no backups to worry about is also a big advantage! Also the fact that the system is basically "pay as you go" means I didn't feel like I was taking on an enormous commitment when I signed-up, and because I'd been able to experiment during the 60 trial I could see how everything worked beforehand. Having had more time to look at the details of your system things like the API access, integration with PayPal, and such, allows some advanced integration with existing systems (we have been using/developing our own bespoke system in-house for the last 10 years or more!) giving immediate access to core accounting functions in a straightforward way.

I like how simple and easy KashFlow is to use
I decided to carry on using KashFlow after my free trial and take the paid subscription because I like how simple and easy KashFlow is to use. As a start up business it is brilliant, i especially like the reports as it helps me really understand my current financial sitution and where they are likely to be heading. I have already recommended KashFlow to friends and family - I cannot give it enough praise. Keep up the good work.
